KH . M. Arawani Said Amin was born on Tuesday at 11:00 noon stairs kliwon l5 Rajab 1323 H 5 September 1905 to coincide with the village Kerjasan M in the Holy City of Central Java . His father named H. Said Amin and his mother was Hj.Wanifah .

Actually, his real name is Arwan , but after his first pilgrimage was renamed Arwani . And until his death he was known to have the full name as KH . M. Arawani Said Amin and her nickname is Mbah Holy Arwani .

Arwan was the second of 12 children . The first brother of a woman named Muzainah . While her sisters are respectively Farkhan , Sholikhah , H. Abdul Muqsith , Khafidz , Da'in Ahmad , Ahmad Malikh , I'anah , Ni'mah , Muflikhak and Ulya .
